Shipping Terms & Return Policy
Processing time
All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery time
Domestic packages typically arrive within 7 business days, while international shipping may take anywhere between 14-30 days or longer, depending on the destination country's postal service and customs clearance process. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays beyond our control.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive an email notification with your shipment confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please note that any taxes, customs, or duty fees applied to your order by your country's customs agency are your responsibility and must be paid by you. I am not responsible for any fees incurred during or after shipping.
Returns
You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to return any unused items in their original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable and you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will notify you of its receipt and initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
